Plastivy products meet the international requirements of each one of the working fields (pharmacy, cosmetology, bio analysis, agronomy, veterinary, microbiology, odontology, genetics, nursing, medicine, among others).
Manufacturing zero-defect products is Medibrex’ goal of quality. We have a unique concept for quality control measures throughout each stage from raw material procurement to manufacturing and packing cycle.
Our Manufacturing plant conforms to GMP quality standards. Our Quality Control standards conform to ISO 13485:2016 and European Medical Device Directive 93/42/EEC. Our products have been authorized to label CE mark and US FDA for proven safety. These standards are evident in the physical ambience of our plant, manufacturing technology, packaging and the sterilization process. Special micro and HEPA filters at all air handling units ensure minimal contamination in all manufacturing areas. Microorganism and particle concentration levels are carefully monitored to stay within safe limits.
Employees undergo periodic training to maintain adequate qualifications and instructions of hygiene standards.
All clean rooms are provided with a change room at the entrance to ensure a dust-free environment.
Plastivy products are packed by the most modern packaging machines, to ensure minimal risk of contamination or damage during transportation. We use ETO Sterilization to sterilize the product, as per ISO 11135/EN 550 standards, each batch is released after strict inspection Relying on a qualified team, we have strengthened ourselves as a leading company in the laboratory equipment field.
